For María Belén Jewelry it is a priority that you receive your order safely and without damage. All of our items are shipped in a standard shipping box, bagged and individually boxed.

Policy of exchanges and returns
Exchanges of parts are only accepted, if the part is in perfect condition, without damage and in its original packaging.
Parts must be returned within 10 days from the day you received them.
Parts can be returned by registered parcel service ONLY.
The change will be made immediately after receiving the piece in our offices and after our inspection.
For any repair or change, it will be essential to show the purchase invoice.
Returns are only allowed for sales at mariabelenjewelry.com, as long as it is for manufacturing details; We DO NOT accept returns with refund, only with credit to be used within mariabelenjewelry.com
